Drive for panoramic view North -West through Masindi town to Murchison Falls National Park after breakfast. View spectacular River Nile and its beautiful environs at the top of falls. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Red Chilly Camp.
Early morning game drive at 0630hrs.Cross Victoria Nile using a ferry and proceed for game drive seeing animals like giraffe,buffalos,hartebeests,elephants and many others. Birds include black crested snake eagle, bee-eater, shoebill.Drive across borasus palm forest and savanna down to Lake Albert where Albert Nile leads North to Sudan. Lunch and proceed for boat ride to the bottom of Murchison Falls, spectacular experience with numerous animals like Nile crocodiles and hippos. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, drive to Fort Portal (6hrs drive) through Masindi, Hoima, Kagadi, KIbale and Kyenjojo.Lunch en-route with photography of sugarcane, tea, banana, coffee and cocoa plantations. Arriving in Fort Portal late evening for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Kibale Primates Lodge / Ndali Lodge
Drive straight to Kibale National park for chimpanzee tracking. Get briefed about chimpanzee tracking within the forest. Hike into the forest on the search for the wild chimpanzees that inhabit the forest. Kibale Forest is known to host the highest density of chimpanzees in the world, and the chance to see them in the wild is about 95%. In the afternoon take a nature walk to the Bigodi wetland, a fascinating area, located in Magombe swamp. Return to the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Kibale Primates Lodge / Ndali Lodge.
After breakfast, travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Fort Potal and Kasese towns. Make stopover at the equator for photography. Proceed to the lodge for check in. In the afternoon, proceed for a unique boat cruise along Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. The trip takes you through possibly the highest hippo concentration in Africa. Spectacular game viewing and photography of birds, hippos and wild animals drinking water at the edge. Dinner and overnight in Mweya Lodge. Arriving at Mweya safari Lodge late evening. Breakfast then proceed for game viewing at 0645hrs. view magnificent ecosystem of grassy plains, tropical forest,rivers,swamps,lakes and volcanic crater with incredible wildlife like lions,leopards,giant forest hog, cape buffalo,elephants,topi. After lunch, drive to Maramagambo Forest. Take a nature walk within the forest, visit the bat colony, a cave colonized by bats and pythons. Optional activity – Visit the Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Mweya Ecological Institute.
After breakfast, embark on a journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, driving through the southern arm of Queen Elizabeth National park known as Ishasha renowned for the famous tree-climbing –lions. Drive through Kabale, Mbarara, to Lake Mburo National Park after breakfast. Lunch en-route. In evening, go for boat trip and nature walks for sightseeing of crocodiles, hippos and birds like pelican. Dinner and overnight at Rwonyo Campsite.
Morning game drive seeing animals like antelopes, hippos and many others. Proceed to Sesse Islands through Masaka town and to Bukakata landing site where you will cross by ferry to the island. Lunch at the Sesse Palm Beach. In the afternoon, go for forest walk where you will see various bird species and monkeys. Dinner and overnight at the beautiful resort
At mid -day, drive back to Bukakata landing site, where you will cross by ferry and through Masaka and stopover at the Equator. Proceed to Kampala with en-route lunch. Arriving in Jinja late afternoon just in time to visit the Source of River Nile and Bujagali Falls. Dinner and overnight in Jinja hotel.
Spend the day in Jinja for Water Rafting at the Source of the Nile or going on bicycle/quad bike or even doing Bunjee Jumping.Alternatively,viist animal sanctuary and botanic garden in Entebbe or just head back to the airport depending with your flight time
