Day 1: Travel To Lake Mburo NP via Mabamba Swamp
Our guide will pick you from your hotel for a trasnfer to Lake Mburo National Park (3 Hours Drive). You will branch off to Mabamba swamp for a birding excursion and then after proceed to Lake Mburo National Park, the best place to see zebras, elands etc. Lunch en route. ON arrival, you will go for an evening Game Drive within the savanna grasslands. Dinner and overnight at Rwonyo Campsite (Budget) / Rwakobo Safari Lodge (Midrange) / Mihingo Lodge (luxury)

Day 2: Game Drives & Adventures in Lake Mburo NP
You will wake up very early in the morning. Go for an early morning game drive in search for animals and bird species. There are lots of early risers that you can see during the safari. Return to the lodge for mid morning breakfast. Have lunch and later for go for a Canoe ride on lake Mburo, the lake from which the park gets its name. Plenty of birds species can be encountered while on this ride as well as big mammals that come for a drink along the shores of the lake. The guide will give you the details about the bird species and animals along the ride. If you are lucky, you may encounter the Shoe bill Stork, one of the most sought after birds of Uganda. Return for dinner and overnight at Rwonyo Campsite (Budget) / Rwakobo Safari Lodge (Midrange) / Mihingo Lodge (luxury)

Day 3: Travel To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP
Wake up for breakfast. Head through the highlands to Kabale, where we will stopover for lunch. Continue on your journey, which offers excellent views including the triangular peaks of the Virunga volcanoes of Rwanda and the Congo. The road then drops down into a valley, to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the mountain gorillas! Overnight at Buhoma Community Rest Camp (Budget) / Buhoma Haven Lodge (Midrange) / Mahogany Springs (Luxury)

Day 4: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest
Well equipped with your packed lunch, drinking water, rain jackets, cameras, long pair of trouser preferably khaki material and jungle boots on, you will convene at the starting points for briefing from the rangers about gorilla tracking the great adventure and experience! The time taken to encounter these peaceful primates is unpredictable for it may take1-10 hours. Nevertheless, on encounter, one may be forced to say, it is a worthwhile!!!! After the adventure a certificate awaits the successful tracker. The day is not easy at times and it may be strenuous and frustrating whilst trekking but appealing after encounters. Dinner and over night at Buhoma Community Rest Camp (Budget) / Buhoma Haven Lodge (Midrange) / Mahogany Springs (Luxury)

Day 5: Transfer To Queen Elizabeth NP (FB)
After breakfast transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park, one of Uganda’s most popular national parks. Go through the Ishasha sector as you look around for Tree climbing lions as they rest in large Acacia trees. A game drive en route is rewarding with antelopes, lions, leopards, elephants. Have lunch in the afternoon and then after go for an afternoon launch cruise along the Kazinga channel. This is a rewarding experience that you will live to tell because it exposes you to a massive number of hippos and crocodiles and many bird species along the channel banks. Return to for dinner and over night at Bush Lodge (Budget) / Enganzi Lodge (Midrange) / Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury)

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park
An early morning game drive in this park, provides excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush bucks and many more. After lunch, Enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water’s edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species. Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge / Enganzi Lodge / Mweya Institute of Ecology.

Day 7: Game Drives, Nature Walks in Queen Elizabeth NP
Leave for Maramagambo Forest – one of Uganda’s exceptional tropical forests with multiplicity of plant species. Take a guided nature walk within the forest, visit the bat caves and the blue lake- Kamiranjojo- most apparently the only one in the whole world! The tour guide will narrate stories and various theories about this lake , why it is blue and how it got its name Kamiranjojo a word in a language spoken by people of Western Uganda that means-The one that drowned an elephant! In the afternoon travel to Kibale Forest National Park.

Day 8: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest
After breakfast, report to the park headquarters at Kanyanchu. The destination guide will brief you about chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest. Trek into Kibale Forest for an extraordinary; experience of tracking chimpanzees. It’s so remunerative to see the chimps up in the trees, as well as other flora and fauna that inhabit the forest. The guide will provide detailed explanations about the other primates and birds that you will encounter while tracking chimps. Return for lunch and relax at the lodge . Alternatively, Visit the crater lakes region .
Over night at Kibale Primates Lodge / Ndali Crater Lake.

Day 9: Travel to Kampala
After breakfast, embark on a return trip to Kampala with lunch enroute, arriving late afternoon.
