Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Kampala City Tour
On arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be met by our company guide who will welcome you, transfer you to a hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we shall have a Kampala city tour with the help of our driver/guide. This can be done in places like; Kasubi tombs, Uganda Museum, the Parliament, Christian Cathedrals, Mosques, Markets and craft shops around town. Day 2: Travel to Murchison Falls National Park
Meet and greet at your Hotel / Residence in the morning depart Kampala drive Northwest through the famous Luwero Triangle en-route visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, this is (Approx 4hrs drive) have some time viewing them for about (3-hrs) then after drive to fortportal, you will have lunch en-route proceed to Kibale Forest National Park, the home for different primates. Species such as Chimpanzee, Colobus Monkey and many other can be traced in the Kibale National Park. Dinner and overnight at Fort Murchison Camp or Twiga Tales (Budget) / Pakuba Safari Lodge or Murchison River Lodge (Midrange) / Paraa Safari Lodge (Luxury)

Day 3: Game drives in Murchison Falls & Launch cruise
After breakfast we shall set off for an early morning game drive. Game in this park includes; Rothschild Giraffes, Elephants, Jackson Hartebeests, Lions, Waterbucks. We shall also see a variety of Savannah woodland birds. After lunch, we shall go for a launch cruise on the Nile to view hippos, crocodiles and other game at close proximity.

DAY 4: To Fort portal
After breakfast you will drive to Kibale Forest National Park, in Western Uganda.  You will have lunch enrouteat Fort Portal Town. Arriving in the afternoon, check into your lodge. DAY 5: Chimpanzee Tracking In Kibale Forest

After breakfast you will go for chimpanzee trekking at Kibale forest. You will be briefed by the rangers at the Kanyanchu Visitor Information Center. Embark on a hike through the tropical rain forest and look out for the chimpanzees that live in this forest that is also home to several other primates. Return to the lodge for Lunch. In the afternoon go on for a swamp walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary which is home to approximately 137 bird species. Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
In the morning have breakfast. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, a world biosphere reserve. The drive will take you about 4 hours to reach the park. You will reach the park before noon. Have lunch and then go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel, a water gateway that connects Lake Edward and George. Day 7: Game Drive
Very early in the morning have breakfast and then go for a game drive in the Kasenyi sector. The game drive through this area known to host incredible wildlife is expected to reward you with sightings of various game that include Lions, elephants, buffaloes, side stripped jackals, colobus monkeys, bush bucks, bushpigs, warthogs, Uganda Kobs and others. Day 8: Transfer to – Bwindi
After breakfast you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the renowned home to the endangered mountain gorillas. The drive takes you through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth called Ishasha, the famous home to the tree-climbing lions. Try out your luck and look for the tree climbing lions that hang on the fig trees. Proceed to Bwindi. Upon reaching Bwindi, have lunch.  Dinner and overnight at

Day 9: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking
After a heavy morning breakfast and short briefing from the guides you will depart for the gorilla tracking. Day 10: Travel to Mgahinga National Park
After breakfast, travel to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park located in the South Western Uganda. Mgahinga is part of the larger Virunga National Park that is home to the remnant mountain gorilla population. Reaching the park in the afternoon. Relax at the lodge. Day 11: Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga National Park
After breakfast, the guide will drive you to the park headquarters. Get briefed about gorilla tracking in Mgahinga National Park. Go gorilla trekking in the park and look out for the Nyakagezi Family, the only habituated gorilla family in the park. After the gorilla trek, return to the lodge. Day 12: Golden Monkeys & Transfer to Bunyonyi Island
Go for the golden monkey tracking experience in Mgahinga National Park. Day 13: Lake Bunyonyi
Explore Lake Bunyonyi in details. There are lots of exciting things to do at the island. Take a boat ride to one of the islands that lie within the lake. You will have a full day on the island. You can visit and interact with the Batwa people who live at the islands. You can also opt for a bird watching, or engage in various tour activities that include cycling, sun bathing, swimming or even canoeing. Day 14: Return to Kampala
After breakfast, start off for Kampala, the capital of Uganda. En route we shall pass by the Equator to take photographs before reaching Kampala city. Enroute Lunch. Drop off at the hotel or Entebbe Airport.
