DAY 1: Travel to Fort portal
After breakfast you will drive to Fort Portal, in Western Uganda. The journey takes you through Mityana, Mubende. Have a stopover at the Nakayima tree in Mubende. You will have lunch enroute at Fort Portal town. Travel through the Crater Lake Region to your lodge near Kibale Forest National Park. Dinner and overnight at Kibale Safari Lodge (Budget) / Chimpanzee Guest House (Midrange) / Kibale Primates Lodge (Luxury)
DAY 2: Chimpanzee Tracking In Kibale Forest
After breakfast you will be transferred to Kanyancu Tourism Information Centre. Get briefed about the activity of the day. Go for a full day chimpanzee habituation experience in the Kibale Forest.
OR Go for Chimpanzee tracking at Kibale Forest. After lunch you then go on for a swamp walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary which is home to approximately 137 bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Kibale Safari Lodge (Budget) / Chimpanzee Guest House (Midrange) / Kibale Primates Lodge (Luxury)
Day 3: Transfer to Queen
In the morning have breakfast and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The drive will take you about 4 hours to reach the park. You will be amazed with sightings of some animals that live in the park. Check into the lodge. You will have lunch and then go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel that connects Lake Edward and George. Enjoy the unique evening 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water’s edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species. Day 4: Game drive
Go for an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Go for a game drive in the Kasenyi sector known to host some interesting game such as Lions, elephants, buffaloes, side stripped jackals, colobus monkeys, bush bucks, bushpigs, warthogs, Uganda Kobs and others. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Day 5: Transfer to – Bwindi
After breakfast you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Travel through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth called Ishasha famous for tree-climbing lions. Try out your look for some of the wild game in the famous area. With lunch en route, proceed to Bwindi, the famous home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Dinner and Overnight at

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park
After a heavy morning breakfast and short briefing from the guides you will depart for the gorilla tracking. You may sport other interesting bird species as well as other nocturnal primates like the bush buck and Galagos. Catch a hot meal at the lodge. In the evening, visit the Batwa Pygmies and enjoy a cultural experience. Overnight at the previous lodge.
Day 7: Lake Bunyonyi
Travel to the nearby Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful places in Uganda. After Lunch, take a boat cruise and visit one of the islands within the lake. Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi Overland Camp (Budget) / Arcadia Cottages (Midrange) / Bunyonyi Bird Nest Lodge (Luxury)
Day 8: Travel to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, travel to Lake Mburo National Park. You will go for a boat ride along the lake and sum up the day with an evening game drive within Uganda’s smallest but rewarding savanna national park. Day 9: Travel to Jinja
Go for a morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. Travel back to Jinja. Branch off at the Northern By Pass and drive to Jinja the adventure capital of Uganda. DAY 10: Explore Jinja
Enjoy a full day of adventure in Jinja. Go for a half day white water rafting adventure along the Nile River. Have Lunch. Visit the Source of the Nile River. Drive back to Kampala arriving late afternoon. Drop off at the hotel or Airport.
